PLAINFIELD, Ill.--Where can you find articles focused on building healthy congregations, evangelism, sound doctrine and cooperation between congregations?

The answer, says Guy Swenson of Plainfield, is Faith Networks, a monthly publication and cooperative venture by Common Ground Ministries, Inc., and other Church of God ministries and congregations.

Jim O'Brien of West Chester, Ohio, is editor. Writers whose words appear in the first issue include Garry Cain of Alabaster, Ala., Allie and Ron Dart of Whitehouse, Texas, Pam Dewey of Allegan, Mich., Brian Drawbaugh of Orrtanna, Pa., Dave Havir of Big Sandy, Texas, Bill Jacobs of Albuquerque, N.M., Jeff Osborn of Fillmore, Ind., Wendy Pack of Bluefield, W.Va., and Mr. Swenson.

The Cincinnati Church of God congregation, which Mr. Osborn pastors, handles printing and mailing.

"One feature of the publication is that articles go through a peer-review team," Mr. Swenson said.
