Desmond Burke

This obituary is an update and correction of one that ran in the Sept. 30 issue of Connections: Desmond Burke of Summerland, B.C., a former longtime member of the Worldwide Church of God and 17-year employee of the Church of God International, died Sept. 12 after a long battle with cancer. Mr. Burke had been a member of the United Church of God since 1995. He is survived by his wife, Jean, who receives mail at Rt. 4, Site 93, Summerland, B.C. V0H 1Z0, Canada.

Archie Faul

Archie Faul of Mandan, N.D., died unexpectedly Oct. 28. Archie was 75 and is survived by his wife of 46 years, Georgia, and seven children. He was a retired farmer and RV mechanic and was a member of the Radio/Worldwide Chruch of God from 1961 to 1979. He was barred from WCG Sabbath services in 1979 because of his choice of Feasts of Tabernacles but continued connections with various COG groups. He and his wife had just observed their 43rd Feast.
