Okemah Epperson, 68, of Murfreesboro,
Ark., died May 25 in a Murfreesboro hospital.
She was born Jan. 14, 1938, in
Washington
County, Ark., the
daughter of the late Rex and Lona
Yount Cooper. She
was a member of
the Church of God
International.
Mrs.
Epperson was preceded
in death by
one sister, O’Wanda
Kidder. She is
survived by her
husband, Ray Epperson
of Murfreesboro;
two sons,
Raymond Epperson III and wife, Annette, of
Jasper, Tenn., and Grady Epperson and
wife, Kim, of New Boston, Texas; two daughters,
Vandy Belasco and husband, Johnny,
of North Little Rock, Ark., and Kelly Woodall
and husband, Ronnie, of Benton, Ark.; one
sister, Wilma Webb of Colcord, Okla.; 10
grandchildren, Travis Belasco, Jared Belasco,
Casie Mack, Charity Smith, Sidney,
Brody, Blaine and Kali Anna Epperson and
Amber and Emily Epperson; two greatgrandchildren,
Rachel Mack and Aiden
Belasco; and a host of friends.Mr. Epperson
